History

The history of PT. Pandawa Prima Lestari (PPL) began when PT. BinaWahana Petrindo (BWP) established in the year of 1993. When two founders of BWP established PPL in 2005, they put BWP as the sister company of PPL.

PT. PPL was established with the Notarial Deed no. 8 dated March 24, 2005 and endorsed by the Minister Of Justice And Human Right of Republic of Indonesia No. C-11 826 HT.01.01.TH.2005 May 2, 2005.

The latest change of Notarial Deed no. 14 dated July 16, 2014 and endorsed by the Minister Of Justice And Human Right of Republic of Indonesia No. AHU-20238.40.22.2014 July 17, 2014.

PT. PPL was awarded the right to conduct exploration and exploitation activities in Block Wain, East Kalimantan, by the Indonesian government through the PSC signed on January 16, 2007.
